His or her role primary responsibility will be to achieve defined strategies, achieving desired sales targets. This person will work directly and very closely with our distributor and his dealer network in France and Benelux.

Additional responsibilities include engagement with influencers within the market, including, but not limited to rehearsal and teaching studios, music schools, music festivals, etc.  

The role of this person will be to expand our market share in identifying challenges and opportunities and work in conjunction with the distributors to implement sales and marketing strategy and tactics.  

The candidate will need to be able to create promotions, do sales staff training for retail and wholesale sales personnel; and survey the market on a regular basis.   

This person must have very strong sales experience preferably in the Music retail environment and have an entrepreneurial spirit.  

This person will also serve as the liaison between our corporate headquarters in the United States.  In order to best represent our business and demonstrate our products  we are seeking a person that already knows our various lines, being a guitarist or a drummer is a plus. 

This person must be fluent in English and have French as a primary language.  Minimum 5 years of related experience and a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Music is desired.  The person will work from our Distributor location at Thouaré sur Loire, with  50% travel required.
