Finalement la guitare est injouable.
Notamment à cause du manche qui est vrillé.
Je fais donc appel à une âme charitable, dont le hobby est de refaire des manches

"refaire le manche" risque de te couter plus cher qu'un manche neuf s'il est vraiment vrillé. Ça peut valoir le coup sur une serie L mais dans ton cas je chercherais un manche d'occase ou un neuf pas cher.
