Probléme avec fliptops

Salut à tous,

J'ai effectué une transaction chez fliptops qui vend des pièces pour ampeg notamment.

Quelqu'un a t'il fait un achat chez eux récemment ? Si oui, est-ce qu'il y a eu un problème car pour moi j'ai reçu ce message à la fin de la transaction :

error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error.The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.This transaction has been approved it is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

Depuis je les ai contactés, et mes mail ont été refusés par leur boite car mis en tant que spam. Mon compte bancaire lui a bien été débité...
Ce site étant réputé comme sérieux je suis plutôt étonné.

jsais pas si tu parle anglais mais si jetais toi je leur passerais un coup de
fil...du bureau bien entendu!

sinon envois un fax ils doivent bien avoir ca...

pour écrire un mail ça va...pour parler au tel c'est plus du tout la même chose...
