Master Builder Chris Flemming exclusively for Germany, commissioned by Fender Germany's European product Specialist, Gernold Linke. 3-Tone Sunburst, Relic Finish, Quarter-sawn Maple necks with Madagascar Rosewood fretboards, 7.25" Radius, Vintage Frets, Fat 50's Pickups on the Strat, Custom Duncan on the Mando, Custom Wiring and Pickguard, S1 switching for neck selection, Fender Jaguar Control for Mandolin Volume and tone control, Kluson style tuners. This beauty was on offer for 9330 Euros

Custom Shop Masterbuilt by Art Esparza, One-Off. Outrageous Gold Sparkle on Red finish with a two piece Ash body. Top half is based on a 1957 Stratocaster with a large “V” neck, black micarta inlays, custom double tremolo bridge with vintage saddles (comes with three trem arms – two long and one short), custom 5-way switch, concentric volume/tone control, “Custom Shop Fat 50’s” pickups with gold pole pieces, vintage tuning keys and round string retainer. Bottom half is based on a Broadcaster, black micarta inlays, 4-way switch, master volume and tone controls, vintage spec Broadcaster bridge pickup with gold pole pieces and a “Texas Special” rhythm pickup, Danny Gatton type vintage 3-saddle bridge and vintage tuning keys. Gold anodized pickguard, gold hardware and 3-way toggle (guitar selector) switch. Wowzers!

1998 Love Ride Stratocaster
Guitar built by John English with art by Pamelina Hovnatanian. Fingerboard inlays and logo by George Amicay in sterling silver and turqoise. The guitar included matching bandana and guitar pick, among other things. Note that the jack plug is at the body side, and there are only two control knobs.

1999 Fender Ford Mustang Strat, #24 of 35


This guitar was made exclusively for the Ford Motor Company, and was never sold in stores. Commisioned to celebrate the 35th birthday of the Mustang, the first 10 or so were given to Ford executives, the rest were given away through various Ford promotions, but none were available through music stores. This guitar is the sister guitar to the Harley Strat, but was produced in much more limited quantity. This guitar is sure to be one of the rarest Fender Custom Shop guitars ever built
