Bonjours à tous je fais ce nouveau post
pour repondre à toute les question que les futur acheteur par VPC
sur internet se posent
je prend mon exemple pour thomann
j'ai commandé vendredi dernier un amplis
alors je me suis posé la question des frais port + TVA
alors la TVA est deja calculée
et pour le port c'est 13 €
il faut payé par CB ou bien faire un virement
alors j'ai rempli le formulaire en ligne donné les numéros inscrites sur ma carte bleu et j'ai validé
Ensuit j'ai recu un premier email de confirmation de commande (comme quoi ils avaient bien recu ma commande)
Ensuite un jours plus tard j'ai recu un deuxieme email pour me confirmer
le model la reference le prix etc........:

C'est une boite en allemagne "THOMANN" alors je pensais que ca aller etre galere pour les contacter et bien PAS DU TOUT
je leur ai envoyé un mail ,pour leur demmander le temps que ca prendrais et que je ne commprenais pas l'anglais (ref:email)
et voila leur reponse(en francais):
