ROCKMOD BRICK INTRODUCTION
The ROCKMOD is a completely hand made, all-tube amplifier featuring two channels, Lead and Clean with dual master on the lead channel, an active effects loop, housed in a shock resistant steel chassis and aluminum cover that is sure to hold up against the daily abuse of worldwide touring and cross-town transport. The ROCKMOD is a totally professional piece of equipment; high-quality components and construction are used throughout. It's unique, versatile, and cleverly designed circuit makes it an indispensable tool on the stage and in the studio.
Back Panel Jacks and Switches
POWER - ON/OFF, will fire tubes and keep them on. Always turn power on first and let the tubes warm-up for about 1 minute before turning on standby. All preamp tubes will glow red for visual effect.
STANDBY - Will turn on audio system. Turn standby off and wait two minutes before shutting power off. This will extend the life of some vital electronics and keep the amp running a long time.
SPEAKER - 8-ohm speaker input. The power amp will go into standby mode if no speaker is connected. This feature is used in conjunction with Line Out and prevents damage to amplifier when no load is applied.
EFFECTS LOOP - The ROCKMOD comes with a serial effects loop. The effects loop can be used in many ways. By jumping the send and return jacks with a patch cable, the effects loop will add higher frequencies to the overall tone. Adding external effects such as delay or chorus is easy by plugging the effect in the loop. The effects loop will make any effect pedal or rack system produce a full rich sound. Try it you will be amazed!
FOOT-SWITCHING - Two-button footswitch (included) toggles between Lead channel and Clean. While on Lead, second switch toggles Master I, and Master II.
Line Out – Used to connect to an external power amp. Line Out is the preamp out signal of the ROCKMOD. This is useful for connecting multiple speakers either in mono or connecting to a stereo mixer. The effects look is still active.
Lead Channel
The LEAD CHANNEL produces a HUGE amount of musical gain, more than enough for even the most aggressive and thrashing guitarist. With such intense gain available, players will be amazed by this channels' ability to retain its openness and dynamics without being compressed. Play really fast? No problem! Every burning solo and riff you unleash will be heard with excellent clarity and tracking, and every note will explode with rich harmonics across the entire fretboard. The Post-Gain knob works together with the Gain to add overall fatness and saturation. These controls are highly interactive and allow you to dial in every texture of the ROCKMODS' signature BURN sound.
TIP: Plug a chord in the Return and Send of the Effects loop; it will add more highs and gain.
CLEAN Channel
The CLEAN CHANNEL was designed to produce tons of clean headroom with a beautiful, crystal clear tone that is rich and full bodied; the notes jump out and snap with a detailed, articulate voice that is perfectly suited for Funk, Blues, Country and Jazz styles of music. The preamp is extremely clean, however the low wattage output tubes will cause distortion when reaching maximum power. If no distortion is desired, use external high wattage power amp.
TIP: Plug a chord in the Return and Send of the Effects loop; it will add even more glassy sound. The effects loop should be used when running effects for the best sound.

ILLUMINATION Feature – ROCKMOD Brick and QUICKMOD products come standard with Kasha Amplifiers ILLUMINATION Feature. All preamps tubes will light causing and glowing effect.
SERVICE
IMPORTANT: THE ROCKMOD COMPONENTS ARE SEALED. THERE ARE NO SERVICEABLE PARTS. OPENING THE ROCKMOD UNIT MAY CAUSE ELECTRICAL SHOCK. ALL SERVICE WORK INCLUDING TUBE REPLACEMENTS SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF CAUTION. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS, PLEASE NOTIFY KASHA AMPLIFIERS FOR ANY ISSUES.
WARRANTY
ALL KASHA AMPLIFIERS PRODUCT HAVE A ONE-YEAR WARRANTY FOR PARTS AND LABOR EXCLUDING TUBES. TUBES ARE WARRANTED FOR 30 DAYS. WARRANTEE WILL BE INVALID IF UNIT IS TAMPERED WITH.

IMPORTANT: OPENING THE ROCKMOD UNIT MAY CAUSE ELECTRICAL SHOCK. ALL SERVICE WORK INCLUDING TUBE REPLACEMENTS MUST BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN OR SERVICED AT KASHA AMPLIFIERS.
THE AMPLIFIERS DOES NOT NEED TO BE BIASED WHEN CHANGING OUPUT TUBES. THE BIAS FUNCTION IS FIXED.
WARRANTY
