Bah, il ne faut pas avoir d’a priori comme ça. Esthétiquement, je trouve que c’est en fonction de la couleur du corps. Le combo maple neck/pickguard 1 pli ne va pas avec toutes les couleurs. Question de goût, bien sûr.
Quant au son, c’est légèrement différent mais certainement pas moins bien.

Pas de soucis, j'ai bien dit "pour moi".

C'est vrai que toutes les couleurs ne se marient pas au mieux.
Par exemple, une strat noire avec manche RW... bof... "Blackie" est bien plus belle.
Pareil pour le sunburst 2T qui va mieux avec manche mapple.

Par contre, dès qu'on passe au 3T sunburst = le RW s'impose ... enfin ça me semble évident quand je regarde ma strat :

Je pense que c'est une des photos les plus "fidèles" que j'ai.
Mais maintenant que tu le dis, peut-être que le RW est "un peu"plus sombre en vrai, mais pas de beaucoup.

En effet, c'est plus la couleur que j'attendais... surement la lumière ou l'angle..
