Here’s an overview of the general nominal delivery terms (which are identical for all distributors everywhere in the world):
# Fast:
We generally deliver 60% of all products in our database within a time span of 2-4 weeks (standard brands like Yamaha, Cool, Shure, Sennheiser, Behringer ao).
If you pay by money transfer, we can sometimes even ship in under 7 days!
# Normal:
30% of the products take an average 4-8 weeks to be delivered (like Ibanez, LP, Korg, Pearl, Peavey, some Behringer stuff ao).
# Slow:
10% of our catalogue takes longer than 8 weeks: relatively exclusive and hard to get instruments and brands, which for these items is known and accepted in the industry (mostly guitars and guitar gear such as ESP, LTD, Gibson, Fender, Vox, Epiphone, Ashdown, Laney ao).
# Special:
For special limited instruments that are manufactured on COS, special request, and for custom shop products, allow a longer delivery time (like custom guitars, brand name guitar cases, MusicMan, Mesa Boogie, Rickenbacker, PRS, expensive wind instruments ao). For these, we contact you prior to proceeding with the order (you will need to pay in advance by money transfer).
# When you order during public holidays or vacation periods or summer recess, or if your shipping address is not in an urban area, delivery can take some extra time.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The estimated time of arrival for backorders is based on our experience with how quickly we usually receive the product from the dedicated distributor of the brand.
When your order status is in backorder for one or more items, this means that the requested items were out of stock at the time your order and payment physically reached us. Your items have automatically been backordered at the distributor.
We do take our sales very serious. So we do not accept liability for delayed backorders.
This means we don’t accept cancellations because of any occurring delays in delivery. In extreme circumstances, requests for cancellations will only be accepted for evaluation if you send us an e-mail via the Support Ticket page.
If your case is found liable, we will refund any paid amount, minus the handling, credit and bank fee (10% of the total amount with a minimum of 15 Euro and maximum 150 Euro) and minus the initial administration fee.
