Moi je cherche une acoustique aussi: une bonne folk quoi, pour jouer.... hum... : du folk, du blues...

On me propose une belle Martin Vintage, mais c'est vraiment donner de la confiture aux cochons

Funny, isn’t it what we all are looking for?
Well, since you don’t say anything about neither the kind of money you wanna put in it, nor the kind of guitar you are interested in, I would go see Martin and Gibson, for instance. Personally, I’m partial to Martin’s 000 models, with rosewood back and sides, but it’s just me! There are also Collings, Guild, Santa Cruz, and others great brands... You can also ask a luthier to make one just for you, with your specs, choice of woods, etc.

Otherwise and more seriously, there are many other much cheaper brands. Heck, I’ve even seen amazingly good steel string guitars, made in China, for around 200 bucks!
The key being, play as many as you can in your price range, until you find the one that speaks to you.
If you specify your price range and more or less the kind of guitar you want/need, maybe we will be able to suggest you something.
