Quand tu parles de jouer du triangle, il s'agit bien d'une flying V originale de 58 ?

Pour revenir quelques instant sur les Full Hollow Body, certains d'entre vous ont-ils pu jouer sur une ES-195 avec ses P-94 (!) et son Bigbsby ?

De mémoire, je crois que c'est une guitare "laminated" un peu à l'instar des ES-125 et sans la petite poutre (cachée) en érable massif propres aux ES-225 et ES-137.

Méfiez-vous quand une Fender rencontre une Gibson, on peut appeler ça une rencontre du 3e type (même s'ils étaient 2 !!!)

Il joue vraiment super bien et il a un super son, je le connaissais pas, ça sent le fan de Benson....
Sur une belle 335 walnut fin 60's début 70's avec le sillet étroit et les TTop.
J'ai l'occasion de jouer sur une guitare identique, celle de mon oncle une 70, je la trouve fantastique.
Le son est très différent de celle avec les PAF/PAT.
Faudrait avoir les deux...
Une bonne paire de PAF pour ta gratte et une bonne paire de baffles pour ta tête...

ai découvert le gars par hasard y a deux jours en ouvrant une "pub automatique" pour les amplis Orange sur mon Face Book. Il jouait jazz sur une Strat et un Orange à transo. C'est cette vidéo :

J'ai halluciné sur le niveau du jeune homme et suis allé jeter un oeil sur le Tube. Y a pas grand chose de proprement enregistré mais ce gars m'a l'air d'être le Wes/Benson de demain. En tout cas il tourne avec Mayer ce qui pourrait bien lui donner une certaine exposition médiatique, ce qui semble bien mérité vu le talent du bonhomme.

Suis pas un grand fan de Mayer, mais faut reconnaître qu'il prend des risques avec un guitariste pareil à ses côtés, et qu'il lui laisse la place sans rechigner :
