Comment faire, pour livrer et surtout avoir l’argent sans encombre. UPS font-ils comme a la poste le « contre remboursement » ?

transfer to my forwarding agent by the transfer . My
shipper will require funds to have the INSTRUMENT
taken
and the funds will also cover its transport, and all
the other unforseen of the expenditure incured. I
