Greg Howe Private and Video Lessons
Hi,
Thanks for all of the responses regarding Greg Howe lessons. Unfortunately because of the number of inquiries I had no choice but to put together a form-letter e-mail explaining the details of the Greg Howe lessons. Because of Greg’s schedule, he is only able to handle a limited number of private lessons. If you live within a reasonable driving distance of Easton, Pennsylvania and if Greg’s private lesson schedule is not filled, here are some of the details regarding private lesson arrangements:
Private Lessons
• Private lessons from his home are 1 hour lessons for $40.00
• You can schedule more than 1 hour if the schedule allows
• 24 hour notice is required for all schedule changes and/or cancellations or you will be charged the full lesson amount of $40.00
• Permanent time slot students (weekly) are required to bring an additional $40.00 for the first lesson, which will be used as a security deposit in the event that a cancellation takes place without sufficient time notice. If a cancellation takes place without 24-hour notification, the $40.00 security deposit will then be applied to that cancelled time slot.

Video Lessons
• Video lessons are 1-hour lessons for $65.00, which includes shipping cost. Shipping cost may vary outside of the United States. The lessons will cover a variety of subject matter (SEE BELOW). The video lessons will, at this point and time, be presented in high quality audio/video and on VHS tape. The lessons will hopefully be available soon in DVD form.
Technique (Each subject below is a separate lesson and/or separate tape)
Tape 1. Barring and Legato concepts
Tape 2. Unconventional or Unorthodox techniques (Tape 1 recommended for these
concepts)
Tape 3. Two handed concepts
Tape 4. Sweep picking and Arpeggios
Tape 5. Combining techniques
Tape 6. Exercises, practice habits, and explanation of “Bach Mock”,
Theory and Harmony (Each subject below is a separate lesson and/or separate tape)
Tape 7. Approach to songwriting, melody, and chord voicings
Tape 8. Rhythmic concepts and Poly-rhythms
Tape 9. Scales and Shapes (viewing the fret board)
Tape 10. Improvisation concepts
Tape 11. Playing outside
