We can ship anywhere in the world but certain restrictions do apply. Certain manufacturers will not allow us to ship their products overseas (specifically, ESP, Roland/Boss, Yamaha, Ernie Ball and Rickenbacker). Also, we cannot ship oversized items.
Here's all you need to know if you're an international customer:
To figure out your shipping charges, add items to your cart and click on the link under the "shipping" column that says "calculate shipping" then fill in the necessary information to get your shipping charge. (If you don't have a postal code, just type in a letter or number in that field to override the error message.)

Also, all of our electronic items are configured for US voltage only. If you need a voltage converter, we now carry these. A plug has to be used with a transformer. There are 4 different plugs for different countries. The transformer comes in different wattages. Here's a link to our site on these:

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders (in US funds only), as well as bank transfers (will require a $20.00 processing fee - contact me for more details on this). Western Union Wire Transfers (*Canadian fee is $15 for up to $5000. International fee is $15 up to $3000 and $25 up to $5000). Fees are subject to change. SHIPPING:
International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express only. If in stock, your order will be shipped via 2nd day. If out of stock, it could take 2-3 weeks or longer to ship depending on whether or not the item is backordered with the manufacturer. It usually takes longer for international credit cards to be verified so please be patient after your order is processed. If you want status on your order, contact our customer service dept at 574-251-3333.
Finally, your shipment is FULLY insured should anything arrive damaged from shipping.
