Boss loop rc-3 buguée

Bonjour à tous ,
j'ai un problème avec ma boss rc3 (mise à jour 1.60), elle ne démarre plus : les voyants clignotent puis elle affiche "er" , d'après le mode d'emploi il faut effectuer un formatage de la mémoire mais qui n'abouti pas et elle affiche ensuite UP à l'envers qui signifie : le rc3 ne fonctionne pas correctement.
Si quelqu'un avait la solution ça serait sympa, merci d'avance. :pleurs:

Tu peux tenter une nouvelle mise à jour.

Here are a list of things to check and confirm if you're having trouble updating the RC-3 to its latest version:

-Be sure to connect the RC-3 directly to a USB port on the computer and not through a USB hub.

-Try a different USB cable.

-Try using a different USB port on the computer.

-Confirm that both the OUTPUT Rhythm and Loop knobs are in the "MIN" positions.

-Make sure you power on while continuing to hold down both the TAP TEMPO and WRITE buttons. Continue holding them until "UP" appears in the display. (Once "UP" is displayed, you can release the buttons).

-Make sure the update files are uncompressed, and then drag both of the .TXT and .BIN files to the RC-3's drive. Do NOT place them *inside* the Roland folder. After they have been transferred, you should see the Roland folder, the .TXT file, and the .BIN files together in the same window.

Merci pour le tuyau dhaiphi ,après une traduction rapide du texte avec google, j'ai réussi à ouvrir le dossier contenant le fichier roland dans la rc3 mais impossible d'y coller à côté les fichiers décompressés de la mise à jour 1.60 ,message: boss rc3 ne répond pas.
Si d'autres ont des idées je suis preneur, merci à tous @+
