Lifeson, parlons-en, il a intégré la section faits divers des journaux il y a de celà plusieurs mois.
Il faut que je vous retrouve le truc, ne bougez pas.
Voilà, voilà, voilà :
A trial date has been set in the assault case of Rush’s lead guitarist.
Alex Zivojinovich, otherwise known as Alex Lifeson, faces two third-degree felony charges of battery of a law enforcement officer stemming from a dispute with police deputies in a Florida hotel room.
Lifeson will faces charges that allege he pushed a female deputy down a flight of stairs and spit blood on another officer on New Year’s 2004. The event occurred at the Ritz-Carlton Naples at a New Year’s Eve party where his wife and son were also arrested.
The trial may be halted if a plea agreement can be reached before the spring trial date. An April 27 hearing has been set for a judge to accept any agreements. Lifeson’s lawyer, Jerry Berry, hasn’t said whether he’s working with prosecutors to reach a plea.
As we reported previously, the whole fiasco began when son Justin wouldn’t get off of the house band’s stage. Details about what went down after that are a little sketchy, but the original six charges Lifeson was facing seem to have been dropped.
If found guilty, Lifeson could spend up to five years in prison
Depuis, pas de nouvelles.
(il y a aussi une magnifique photo d'Alex quelque peu amoché, mais je ne la retrouve pas).
