Le matériel des guitaristes pro(s) - (Sommaire en page 1)

Ben ya pas mal de discussions sur le fait que Thom Yorke mis à part, le matos n'est pas le même qu'habituellement. Cela pourrait s'expliquer par le fait qu'ils sont en sessions d'enregistrement et que pour des raisons écologiques ils ont du matos "bis" quelque part aux US (pour éviter de tout convoyer à chaque fois).
Ca peut expliquer l'absence de la Télé de Greenwood, le Headrush V.2, l'OD-3 à la place de la SD-1, l'ampli de O'Brien ainsi que son pedalboard.

Oui, ça me paraît plausible, parce sur le pb d'O'Brien il y a quand même pas mal de choses qui ne collent pas (je n'ai pas vu le reste de leur matériel). Déjà, connaissant la maniaquerie du bonhomme ça m'étonne de le retrouver avec une Bespeco en début de chaîne.

Je vous rejoins egalement. Par contre il me semble que c'est une boss en debut de chaine, la bepesco c'est la pedale d'expression du hog....mais bon c'est vrai que c'est etonnant....

Sinon sur celui, 2 Moog, un sib echodrive (vieux celui là) , roland R-20 , au dessus je ne sais pas, et une ernie ball (ausi vielle).

Par niveau ampli, il y a du nouveau.

I don't speak much French so i can only write in English (maybe someone can translate this post for the non-English speaking French people on here..)

I took the above photo of Josh Homme's left pedalboard posted above.
It was taken at the Them Crooked Vultures show at Wellington, New Zealand on Friday 29th January 2010.

It was taken 5 minutes after they finished and one of their stage techs had already removed his right hand board which i didn't get to photograph.

I have more photos of their amp rigs. Would anyone like me to post them on here?

OK. Here are my 4 best shots of their rig and what i can tell you about their gear.
I wish i took more photos once they left the stage! Don't know what i was thinking...

Josh only played 3 guitars all night: blue Maton, red and black Tele, and a red semi hollow.
His amp rig seemed to be an old wooden brown Gibson amp on top of 2 2x12" cabs, with another head on top of the left cab. If you look closely you can see a Boss GE-7 on top of the left head.

JPJ changed guitar EVERY song, and one even had a Kaoss pad in it ala Matt Bellamy from Muse. Hugh Manson was there as his tech. He played almost every bass here: http://www.mansonguitars.co.uk(...)s.htm
His complex amp rig can be seen clearly in the photos.

Alain played lots of guitars but i wasn't paying too much attention to his guitar changes as he was on the far side of the stage to me, but he was running thru 2 Fender combo amps (one slightly bigger than the other).

yeah Homme's amp looks an old gibson amp. But there's something else close to that amp, a tinny cabinet with another amp I guess.

In the 3rd picture down the small wooden amp with the sound hole cut out near the top was definately a Gibson cos i could read the logo when i was taking the photo of his board.
Some people reckon the rectangular head next to it is a Sunn.
