Si c'est une compo personnelle, ça sonne terriblement comme du Porcupine Tree.
Et pour moi également c'est clairement un flanger, du genre pisseux comme Gilmour fin 70's. Ou un peu comme Summers à la même époque.
L'electric mistress et ses dérivés semble être la bonne idée.

I guess if I had to choose one pedal to bring with me on a desert island it would be the Electric Mistress flanger. I’ve always loved this pedal and I use it as much as I can, both on Floyd stuff and with Airbag. I’ve owned a 9V Mistress too but it was noisy and the tone was quite different… at least for my taste. The Deluxe has a typical “jet” metallic tone and as with most EH pedals the Mistress has a slight volume drop when it’s on. It can be fixed but I have never experienced it as a problem as it’s not that noticeable when you play loud (and with a booster) and besides I like how it adds a warmer tone to the distortions. It’s a matter of taste.
