I just got off of the phone with them using the contact number that was given out a few posts back, and their excuse is that they did not have enough magazines ready to post to those who pre ordered but they had enough for the shops that were selling it.
I was told that there was a back log and they were looking into it.
When I asked for a refund, suddenly they claimed mine was dispatched today and I should get it in two weeks.
Two Weeks!!
So I paid in Febuary to get it on the 7th April and now on the 9th of April I am beingf told it could take a further two weeks from today.
If there was such a problem with demand that the pre order people would not get it, then why did Classic Rock not say so in advance on this website? Why was there not an email sent out to let people know?
If there was such a big shortage for the pre orders, then why did they not take the magazines from the shop stock? Bloody joke that I may have another two weeks to wait for something I paid for in full and it is sitting in the shops.
Terrible service by all involved. Amatuers at work it seems. Classic Rock? More like Classic Con.
Bon bah à mon avis on va devoir patienter...
